Midnight Motel staat garant voor een stevige bak vuige gitaarrock. Open houthakkersbloesjes, brutale koppen en rauwe gitaarsolo’s: “Midnight Motel is seks op gitaren”, aldus 3voor12.
De band speelt rock zoals het bedoeld is, in-your-face, hard en melodieus. De geroutineerde rockers uit Hengelo laten daarbij in zowel binnen- als buitenland het zweet van de muren af druipen met hun energieke en dynamische liveshows.
Met 2 studio albums, 3 singles en meerdere video clips op hun naam, heeft de band veel shows gespeeld in o.a. Nederland, België, Duitsland en Polen. Het publiek wordt getrakteerd op een vuige bak High Energy Rock ’n Roll met veel mee-schreeuwers. Crowdsurfen en stagediven wordt dan ook zeker niet geschuwd tijdens de shows!
Dead Memory:
The German foursome from the rough, sooty heart of the Ruhr area has the force of a mighty wrecking ball with its fiery-nimble guitar riffing, powerful bass, pounding drums, and energetic vocals.
In contrast to the musically powerful punch, the content is mostly about topics such as mental suffering, vulnerability and the fragility of life. But also about personal strength, resilience and the possibility of awakening from dark periods. This is particularly evident on the EP “Awake”, which will be released via Jumi in autumn.
Upon this everything revolves around demons in form of various mental illnesses and associated challenges. But also the belief that, if not necessarily defeated, they can at least be fought. The record thus represents a conceptual ambitious piece of work that gives hope – and at the same time marks a major development step for the band.
